If you were to melt a stick of butter into a mold shaped of springtime renewal and collective birdsong, the result is a flower called ranunculus. In the buttercup family, these persnickety gems get planted in the cold of January and explode in May. The dreary spring has enabled a beautiful crop of these blooms this season and I’m excited to have them available here at the farm over the weekend!
